Centrifugation is a method to separate liquids of different densities by applying a rotating force. There are four main types of centrifugation including differential, isopycnic, zonal, and ultracentrifugation. The centrifugation process involves pouring a sample into test tubes, balancing and labeling the tubes, centrifuging them for a specified time at set revolutions per minute, and then decanting the supernatant for analysis. Centrifugation facilitates both quantitative and qualitative analysis of substances.

• Cortes Romero Berenice. Centrifugation is a method for which it can be separated into liquids of a different density by means of a rotating force. TYPES OF CENTRIFUGATION
I. We pour a moderate quantity of the sample to be centrifuged in
its respective beaker. II. With the help of the pipette we transfer the necessary milliliters to two test tubes and cover with the cork, the tubes must contain the same quantity of ours. III. We write the name of the sample to each test tube with the help of adhesives. IV. We place the test tubes in the centrifuge in the opposite position and turn it on for a period of time required and at the required revolutions per minute. V. After the time elapsed we turned off the centrifuge and carefully removed the test tubes. VI. We decanted in supernatant of the tubes. CONCLUSION
Centrifugation is a process that facilitates quantitative analysis
