ASSUMPTION

Oil Level Surface Enginee Speed

Too Low Too Slow

Using Wrong Oil Oil Temp Too Cold

Oil Level Surface Too Low

1. Check on the sight glass to know oil surface level

2. Use dipstick to know oil level
3. Or see hydraulic oil level indicator
4. Make sure, if oil surface too low
5. Fill the oil until reach middle point of high and low sign
 Using Wrong Oil

1. Open drain hydraulic tank and wait until oil empty

2. Wait oil residue until dry
3. Close drain hydraulic tank
4. Fill the oil until reach middle point of high and low sign
 Oil Temp Too Cold

1. Check oil temp indicator

2. Check oil temp in monitor
3. Turn on engine and set in low speed
4. Wait until lamp indicator off (about 10 minutes)
Enginee Speed Too Slow

1. Check engine speed control dial’s knob

2. Turn into high speed
3. If the problem not came from that contact your nearest dealer
 Oil Overheat

ASSUMPTION

Air Bleed on Radiator or Oir

Hydraulic Pump Coolant Clogged Up

Oil Filter Worn Out

Wrong Oil
Clogged Up Oil Pump
 Air Bleed on Hydraulic Pump

1. Tighten all connections before applying pressure.

2. Search for leaks with a piece of cardboard; take care to protect
hands and body from high-pressure fluids. Wear a face shield or
goggles for eye protection.
3. Give a sign to show location of the leak
4. Take the problem to your workshop or dealer
Oil Filter Clogged Up

1. Check hour meter of oil filter used

2. If over time oil filter must be change
3. Contact your dealer for further information
Oil Foam
