Research has demonstrated that the plants essential oil enhances GABA-ergic neurotransmission
at sufficient doses (with an anxiolytic threshold dose of 10 mg/kg) via positive allosteric
agonism in the same manner as benzodiazepines (eg. diazepam) which are used clinically
as anxiolytics, sedative/hypnotics, muscle relaxants....
Cymbopogon Citratus Oil (Lemongrass Oil) is very well known in India. It
has been studied extensively in Japan as well (Mitoshi et al , “Suppression
of allergic and inflammatory responses by essential oils derived from herbal
plants and citrus fruits”, International Journal of Molecular Medicine, 33:
1643 – 1651, 2014). They extensively investigated 20 essential oils, and
reported that Lemongrass Oil was the most efficacious of them all with
respect to in-vitro anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activities. (Please see

SATI (Hedychium spicatum) OIL
Known as Sati in Ayurveda, Kappor Katcheri herb and the essential oil extracted from the
rhizomes of this plant through steam distillation process has been in use traditionally for treating
inflammation and certain other problems...
Kappor Katcheri is a Hindi name and is scientifically called as Hedychium spicatum. It is a limb of
the Ginger family Zingiberaceae. It is a small hardy ginger with bright and large white and
orange flowers and is indigenous to the subtropical Himalayan regions in India at an altitude of
1000 to 3000 m...
TUMURU (Zanthoxylum armatum) OIL
With the botanical name Zanthoxylum armatum, the Winged Prickly Ash tree is a member of the
Citrus family Rutaceae. Tomar tree is indigenous to Eastern Asia to China along the Himalayas
and few other parts of India.
This oil was trusted to give warmness to the body and was recommended for treating ailments
like rheumatism...

Apply three times a day for 3 weeks on clean and unbroken skin of
the affected joint areas.
Apply approx..1-4 cm (0.5 - 2.0 gm) expressed length of HERBOJOINT 3 times daily
over the clean unbroken skin of affected joints for a period of at least 3 weeks and
beyond. The dose varies (1 cm or 0.5 gm for fingers; 2 cm or 1.0 gm for areas other
than knee; and 3-4 cm or 1.5 to 2.0 gm for knees) depending on the surface area of
the affected joint and the intensity of the pain. A 75gm tube may last for 7-10 days.
