Use of Trafficked Persons

SECTION 11
 Any person who buys
or engages the
OFFENSES services of trafficked
persons for
prostitution.
 - six (6) months of
community service as
FIRST may be determined by
OFFENSE the court
- fine of Fifty thousand
pesos (P50,000.00)
 - imprisonment of one
(1) year
SECOND - fine of One hundred
OFFENSE
thousand pesos
(P100,000.00).
Prescriptive Period
SECTION 12
 Trafficking cases under
PRESCRIPTIVE this Act shall
PERIOD prescribe in ten (10)
years.
 Trafficking cases
committed by a
syndicate or in a large
PRESCRIPTIVE scale as defined under
PERIOD
Section 6 shall
prescribe in twenty
(20) years.
