• The equipment used in this work is transported from the

poll/garage equipment to the job.

• The manufacture facilities contractor in the form of Office and

base camp as well as the Board of Directors of keet in job sites
to support the smooth execution of the job.

instructions of the Board of Directors as well as consultant supervisor.

• This works back fill soil the road by using a material of choice that have been approved
by the Superintendent and the Board of Directors.

• Material back fill choice from the quarry or retrieval of material that has been prepared
with the use of a dump truck or use originaly material in site.

• Material disposal soil choice after arriving in location work stacked ( disposal area ) on a
regular basis with the adjusted distance, so that it will ease the process of layered at the
time we need that.

• Further material in overlay using a motor grader so that the material is not wasted and
retrieved the same thickness at each partial as well as in accordance with a specified
slope.

• After in overlay before using the compactor machine compacted material first flushing of
water by using the water tank truck.

• The road surface will be coated cleaned from dust and dirt with the use of air
compressor.

been determined, then is heated so that it becomes a liquid asphalt mixture that is
sprayed onto the surface is ready for the road.

• Mix liquid asphalt sprayed up into the road surface with clean asphalt sprayer or
manualy liquid asphalt pertamina .

cold from AMP.

• Aggregate and asphalt is mixed and heated with AMP.

• A mix of aggregate and asphalt that has developed is loaded into dump trucks and
taken to the location layered.

• After arriving at the site entered into the machine, the vast mixed finisher finisher hot
hrs base above the surface of the road which has been coated with a layer of liquid
asphalt.

• Further solidified with tandem roller followed by Pneumatic tyre roller and compacted
back with tandem roller.
