Recommendation
Conclusion

The organization has been able to partly achieve its goals.

Its strategies were ineffective and inefficient only in relation

to its fundraising activities and its compliance with Caritas
Internationalis Management standards.

CCI was able to provide a positive feedback regarding its

mission and vision by being able to meet and exceed its
target ratios with the remaining measures.
Recommendations  Properly define its strategies

More active effort into raising funds and attracting new

donors

 Establish a proper organizational structure for proper

designation of roles

 Maintaining its positive aspects by consistently providing

quality services in line with its Mission and objectives

 The organization should regularly conduct a performance

evaluation
