Manila and nearby provinces at 8:00 AM.
• Buildings and other infrastructure
including government facilities were
collapsed.
• Basic lifeline facilities were disrupted.
• Government services are affected for at
least 1 week
• Search and rescue activities and other
assistance from the government are not
yet in placed at least within 3 days.
