STUDY

 To study “SWAHCH BHARAT ABHIYAN”and to
make people of India aware about various sessions,
programs and campaigns taking place across the
country.

 To study the reasons for the high acceptance of


“SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAAN”.

 To create Awareness among people of India towards


“SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAAN”.
IMPORTANCE

 It is important to study its impact and success rate to
know the awareness among the Indian people.

 As India is wanting to rule over the world first it has


to make every doorstep clean.

 To know the possibilities of success of this campaign


in the country till 2019.
NATURE/FORM

 As we are preparing a research report on swatch
bharat only, we have gone for applied research.

 In this report the main focus will be on people’s


point of view and activities of government.

 Cleanliness is not a work which we should do
forcefully. It is a good habit and healthy way of our
healthy life.

 Specifically in India cleanliness was not habitual ,


very few persons were aware or careful about India’s
cleanliness.

 Many campaigns were introduced but they could not


succeeded at any level.

ABHIYAN

 SWATCH BHARAT Abhiyan officially launched by the
Prime Minister, Narendra Modi on 145th birth anniversary
of the Mahatma Gandhi on 2nd of October in 2014 at
Rajghat, New Delhi.

 This mission has an interesting theme of inviting nine


new people by each and every involved people in the
campaign and continuing this chain until the each and
every citizen of India gets involved in this campaign.

 We can see a positive correlation between municipality engaged


in clean India and the city becoming cleaner.

FINDINGS

 Alternate hypothesis H1 will be accepted as the 45%
region is for cleaner city because of municipality
engagement.
CONCLUSION

 We are concluding the research report on a note that
Swachh Bharat is the revolution of the mindsets of
keeping the city clean. It starts from our side by cleaning
the surroundings.

 We got the wonderful opportunity of doing research on a


topic which is most current, thanks to Mr. Amish soni Sir.

 Researching is a great experience as far as knowledge is


concerned, and we got lot from the above topic. We can
say that most peoples are aware about the campaign and
supporting too.
LIMITATIONS

 The sample size was 100 which were not covering
the entire geographical area of Ahmedabad & entire
population so there is a possibility that there may be
variations in the results obtained.

 During the data collection the respondents did not


fill the questionnaires genuinely,. Due to this there
may be variations in the results obtained.

 The respondents restricted themselves from


answering the questions mentioned for the fear of
letting their views disclosed to others
