• Revenue sharing 50%of the gross collection ( EX TAXES as Applicable )
• Franchise Fees of Rs 20,000(Twenty Thousand Only)will be payable by the franchisee. Out of this Rs
5000 will be paid on signing of agreement and the balance Rs 15000 is payable after completion
of two batches or one year from the date of agreement whichever is earlier.
• 50% Share of DEEPAK JAGGI CLASSES will be deposited in the Bank AC by the Franchisee on the
next day from the date of receipt from the students in case of classroom teaching
• For pen drive sale business the ratio between franchisor (DJC) and the franchisee is proposed as
80% and 20% resp.
