Situated at the main avenue connecting Hai Phong center
with the famous tourist destination Do Son, BRG
Coastal City has a total area of 350 hectares.
The designs follow neoclassic style, each villa has an
area of 350m2 – 400m2, with 4 or 5 bedrooms

Planning and Construction of Smart City in Đông Anh district, Ha Noi city
• The project covering 310 hectare is planned to be build in Hai Boi town (Đông Anh district, Hà Nội), which is
15-minute drive from Hanoi center.
• According to the project proposal:
+ The investors are: Sumitomo Corporation (50%) and Vietnamese Investors (50%) including BRG group, Phu
Cuong Real Estate ltd, Motor NA ltd.
+ The project is proposed to be implemented in 5 phases.
• Phase 1, Sumitomo-BRG Join Venture has expected to invest more than 1 billion USD (with land area of 73,11
hectare). The core of the project will be the Metro line 2 which has start station in Trần Hưng Đạo street, Hoan
Kiem district, Hanoi city. High technologies will be applied in energy, health, education management of the
city. Also, a water treatment plant will be built in this phase.
• Sumitomo-BRG Joint Venture has completed and submitted legal documents and prepared financial resources
for phase 1. Land clearance, compensation and acquisition will be carried out by the Sumitomo-BRG Joint
Venture right after receiving of the Investment Certificate. The first construction work of the Phase 1 is
expected to be began in October 2018 and Phase 5 of the project is expected to be completed in 2028.
 Planning for both sides of Nhat Tan-Noi Bai route

BRG was responsible for

implementation of the master plan 1/500
for both side of the route from Nhat Tan
to Noi Bai (covering approximately
2.080 hectare and stretching 12 km).

of the land foundation along both sides
of the route and make a new modern
urban face associated with finance,
exhibition, culture and trade centers,
creating a motivation for the
development of Hanoi and the northern
region of the Red River.. ,
