There was large amount of Raw water consump to energy and infrastructure

Background cooling chiller machine when CT #2 basin stop for

overhaul and cleaning.

Chiller pump running to cooling chiller machine use Cooling

Water CT #2 with capacity 300 M3/Hour. If CT #2 stop for
cleaning basin, source Cooling water from CT #2 was
replaced to Raw water make up from IKPP. There was large
Piping
amount of raw water make up IKPP to cooling chiller line
Root Cause machine, approximately raw water used was 7200 M3/day.
Analysis And it could not be reused/recirculation at all to cooling Cooling
chiller machine but it returned to CT #1 and make CT #1
basin overflow and cause bad quality cooling water CT #1 water
in order Chlorine content and also Phosphate content could
not be adjusted. CT #1 average make up was 2000 M3/day.

It was needed piping from cooling water CT #1 to inlet
Action Plan chiller pump that make the chiller process when CT #2 Pump
overhaul and zero consump of raw water to cooling chiller. CT #2
