Application Scenarios Principles and Key Technologies

Heavy-traffic scenarios where there's a big event •The RNC identifies congestion scenarios automatically and adjusts the feature, function and parameter
settings as required. In this way, the feature, function, and parameters are configured in an optimum way.

Problem Description
In unplanned event scenarios, congestion cannot be predicted. As a result,
correct site dimensioning cannot be performed. In this case, the RNC is
required to identify the cell load and activate corresponding features,
functions and parameter optimization so that the capacity can be maximized
and the impact on KPIs are under control.
