INTRODUCTION
Web based online ordering and scheduling system is very
uncommon in different mechanic shop. Some mechanic shop still
using manual transactions through Cellphone/Telephone.

This online ordering and delivery system can be helpful in some

mechanic shops and also in customers Because, Customers can view
on a specific mechanic shop on what they have and on what are they
capable to do.
Background of the system
With diminishing knowledge of some clients, it is rarely possible for
a mechanic shop to gain more income and to have enough
resources to fulfill the needs of its clients. Having an online web
based online and ordering system is widely recognized as the best
way for mechanic shops to cope with ever increasing challenges.
Having a lack of customer in some mechanic shop can cause their
mechanic shop to pull out/close, without customer they cannot gain
enough fund to sustain their shop needs and what their customer
needs.

Not being recognized by other clients is widely recognized as the

problem why some mechanic are being closed in a year. Some
mechanic shop is not being recognized by others because people
think that they don't have what they need and people don't know
General Objectives
The General objective of this system is to develop, design,
implement, reliable, convenient and accurate Online automobile
shop ordering and scheduling system. The system has the following
specific objectives:
• To develop a system that will surely satisfied the customer
service.
• To improve the communication between the client and the
server and minimize the time of ordering.

 • To automatically compute the bill.
Specific Objectives
The Specific objective of the system are:
1. The system should allow the user to access every module in the website.
2. The system should allow the user to add and delete some of user orders.
3. The system should allow the user to schedule a pick up date and time of
their orders.

- The user has a basket wherein all of his/her order will be put in a
basket.

- The user can schedule his/her time and date to pick up or go to the
automobile shop

The user has it's own user account to use properly the the system.

Hospital is an organization that mobilizes the skills and efforts of a widely

World health Organization (WHO) has defined hospital as an integral part of
social and medical organization that provides the complete curative and
preventive health care and treatment to people. Hospitals are the focal
points of education for the health professionals and clinical research
necessary for advancement of medicine. Thus, the hospital is one of the most
complexes of all administrative organizations. The main purpose of the
hospital is to provide adequate care and treatment to the people.
Background of the system
Health care is changing with a new emphasis on patient-centeredness.
Fundamental to this transformation is the increasing recognition of patients'
role in health care delivery and design. Medical appointment scheduling, as
the starting point of most non-urgent health care services, is undergoing
major developments to support active involvement of patients. By using the
Internet as a medium, patients are given more freedom in decision making
about their preferences for the appointments and have improved access.
General Objective
Despite the increasing adoption of Web-based appointment systems,
their potential benefits are yet to be systematically studied. The
purpose of this system was to implement this system, specifically in
regard to their potential benefits to patients and providers. We also
want to identify the most effective services.

Specific Objectives:

1. The purpose of this system is to lessen the time cost during

reserving a schedule .
2. The system should give an accurate time and date during the said
schedule.
3. The purpose of this system is to make transaction more faster and
smoother.
Scope And Limitations
Scope:

• Allows the admin user to retrieve records more efficiently and

specifically.
•Easier update of patients records With web based portal that may
view doctors clinic hours, or if the doctor you need is absent or on
leave.
• Allows online request for patients queue.
• Copy of patients laboratory results may be viewed online.
Scope And Limitations
Limitations:

• Some laboraties results like X-ray and Ultrasound cannot be sent

online.
• Medicines prescripted wont be recorded.
• Medicines and Clinic fees are not disclosed online.
• Request for queue reservation is set as one is to one.
