All businesses operate within an environment, which directly or indirectly affects the way in
which they function. Conceptually, the forces that comprise the marketing environment are
viewed as existing at two levels. They are categorized as micro and macro environment.
Our production processes do not generate air, water or noise pollution. All our physical
waste is 100% recycled by small-toy manufacturers.
We have genuine concern for our environment and ensure there is no wastage of water and
electricity. We have insulated our factory working area to avoid air-conditioning and saving
on precious electric power. We avoid unnecessary wet washing to save water. In addition, we
also have all the provisions for rain-water harvesting. We have installed latest computerized
sewing machine equipped with servo motor; which does not consume electricity in idle time.
TECHNOLOGY:
As an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company. We believe in
technology lead and are equipped with the latest
CAD/CAM cutting system and stitching equipment for
quality production and high uniformity. Company is
using the state-of-the-art German machinery that
includes the latest auto cutters and stitching machines.

1ST week: maintained the whole stock of raw material in stores.

2nd week: conducted the need analysis of the requirement of new product
development and found out the various segments in which they are
segmenting the market.
3rd week: collected the data of the various products related to the features
and their quality of theirs.
