 CLEAN & CARE

Cleaning
Wipe clean before first use. Hand-wash only using a non-abrasive cloth or pad, warm
water and mild dish soap.
Rinse completely with warm water. Do not allow the item to soak in water. Dry the piece
immediately with a clean cloth or paper towel. To ensure that any water absorbed by the
wood evaporates, allow it to completely air dry. The wood will appear to lighten as it dries.

Care
To prevent warping, staining or cracking and to renew the beauty of the wood grain, apply
one or two coats of cutting board oil or food-grade mineral oil to the wood areas of the
item as needed.
Work the oil into the surface with a clean cloth. After letting it sit on the wood for
approximately 30 minutes, wipe off the excess oil. Do not use cooking oils, which will go
rancid. Store the piece in a location where there is adequate air circulation. Avoid areas
where there is excessive dry heat and direct sunlight.
 NATURAL OIL FINISHING

We use natural oil food-safe, home-made with

the contents:

Oil lime,
Soybean oil,
Clove,
Nutmeg.

OPENING ORDERS & PACKAGING:

A minimum order is USD 8,500/shipment and you can mix the items.

Buyer MUST supply any additional accessories for packaging (if any) e.g: barcode, hangtag, & label
sticker.

For engraving logo and special request to have small quantity per inner carton box – additional cost is
applicable.

We use master carton box with standard size 58 x 32 x 48cm in final packing.

Inner carton box is available ONLY for small items such as : spoon, fork, butter knife, chopstick etc

We always use brown paper to wrap the goods and put silica gels on it before we packed them in to
carton box.
ADDITIONAL COST FOR MINIMUM ORDERS:
We accept minimum order purchase with minimum order charge USD 450.00

PAYMENT METHOD:
Payments can be done by wire bank to the bank.
30% deposit from the total orders is required.
Balance need to be settled once the copy of B / L issued.

Time of production usually takes about three until four months. However, we will give you
notification at front if our production might full at time you place an order and cause the delay.

We only send the goods to Surabaya Port for FOB purchase

Your preferred port and or carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional
transportation charges (if any).

Shipping / handling charges will be calculated and added to your total order when the order is
ready to ship (if any).

For shipment, you need to organize it from your end, or supply us with your DHL / UPS account
