Ô SECAB ± Socio Economic & Cultural Association Bijapur.

Ô It was established in 1969 by Mr Shamsuddin A Punekar

Ô Mr.S.A.Punekar is basically a Civil Engineer by Profession but

he is an inspirational figure in the field of education.

Ô Today SECAB is running 22 educational Institution from the

Primary education level to PG level.



    
Ô Malik Sandal Polytechnic was establishment in 1983 with a
vision to provide appropriate technical education for the
students.

Ô The Polytechnic first provided education in Diploma in

Architecture and Civil Engg.

Ô In 1988-89 we started two courses Mechanical & Computer

Science with intake of 40.

Ô In 1996-97, we started Electronic & Communication with intake

of 40.

Ô And In 2009-10 we have started two more courses that is Civil

and E & E with Intake of 40 in each course and also we have got
increase in intake from 60 to 90 in Mech, CS and E&C.

we have sent back many students because of limited intake.
