The 3 Manufacturing Facilities of GB have a covered area of 32,520 sq. m. AC-GB
Works has been established as a Joint Venture company with Ansaldo Caldaie Boilers
India Private Limited and capable of manufacturing Steam Generators of Super-
critical range under license from Siemens.

Ansaldo Caldaie-GB Engineering workshop was setup for catering the large boiler
segment including the Super-critical boiler under Benson Once-through technology
of Siemens. Accordingly the infrastructure has been organized and space acquired
to enable possible future expansion. This unit houses machinery of fully automated

GB have manufactured the complete Pressure parts for 3 nos.


of Waste to Energy plant installed at Qatar. This supply was
made on behalf of Ansaldo Caldaie SpA, Italy to the BOT
owner Keppel Seghers, Belgium. The Furnace Water walls
were shipped in crates while the Superheater, Evaporator and
Economizer were built at workshop as modules. The entire
shipment went as break bulk cargo.
GB have supplied all equipments to an Incineration
plant in Singapore through their Joint-venture Plantec

Industrial & Medical waste management plant
