Manufacturing Facilities
The 3 Manufacturing Facilities of GB have a covered area of 32,520 sq. m. AC-GB
Works has been established as a Joint Venture company with Ansaldo Caldaie Boilers
India Private Limited and capable of manufacturing Steam Generators of Super-
critical range under license from Siemens.

Ansaldo Caldaie-GB Engineering workshop was setup for catering the large boiler
segment including the Super-critical boiler under Benson Once-through technology
of Siemens. Accordingly the infrastructure has been organized and space acquired
to enable possible future expansion. This unit houses machinery of fully automated

Major Raw Material (Tubes, Pipes and
Plates) is generally placed in open yard. In
case of the material to be stored for longer
period, it is placed in closed shed. All
fittings and SS components are stored in
closed shed.
