GRADE 7 – LEVEL
OBJECTIVES:
- To effectively disseminate information about healthy foods and diet
through same age level relationship technique.
- To efficiently include learner in the learning process itself by letting
them experience the value of health goal, healthy food and diet.
- To develop learners not only in academic but in the application of
digital arts where the most effective way of learning process in the
present generation.
- To develop youth who are wise consumer who value their health in
choosing food products.

• MECHANICS GRADE 7 – LEVEL
• 1. OPEN TO ALL BONIFIED GRADE 7 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE GEN. PIO DEL PILAR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.
• 2. MINIMUM OF ONE GROUP AND MAXIMUM OF TWO GROUP ENTRY PER SECTION.
• 3. GROUP SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 AND A MAXIMUM OF 10 MEMBERS DIVIDED BY THE REPORTER, RESEARCHER,
VIDEOGRAPHER, MUSICAL ANALYST AND ACTORS.
• 4. MEMBERS OF THE GROUP CAN BE PURE MALE, PURE FEMALES OR MIX.
• 5. CONTENT OF THE NUTRI-INFO COMMERCIAL MUST FOCUS ON THE NESTLE NUTRITION MODULE, SCRIPT SHOULD BE
ORIGINALLY COMPOSED AND CAN BE IN FILIPINO OR ENGLISH INTERPRETATION.
• 6. COMMERCIAL LENGTH SHOULD COVER ONLY ONE MINUTE. NUTRI-INFO COMMERCIAL MUSICAL ACCOMPANIMENT CAN
BE LIVE OR RECORDED COVERING A ONE MINUTE LENGTH.
• 7. PROPS MUST BE RECYCLED AND ECO-FRIENDLY WHILE COSTUME SHOULD BE CREATIVE ENOUGH AT THE SAME TIME
CARRIES THE MORAL VALUES OF THE SCHOOL.

understanding of healthy diet, health goals and
healthy foods.
2. To strengthen family foundation in valuing healthy
food diet but in a low cheap prize as affordable in all
Filipino walk of life.
3. To strengthen family bonding as part of family health
plan.
4. To established continuous health valuing from first
generation to the next generations.

• SUGGESTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS

1. A NESTLE WELLNESS STUDENTS CLUB MUST BE FORMED AND DEVELOPED UPON THE APPROVAL OF THE SCHOOL
ADMINISTRATOR FOCUSING ON THE CONTINUOUS IMPLEMENTATION OF DANCE EXERCISE IN A VARIETY OF SMALL
GROUP ANSWERING THE NEED OF SHY-TYPE STUDENT GROUP, OBESE STUDENTS GROUP, DELINQUENT STUDENT GROUP
AND ARTISTIC DANCERS GROUP.

. PHYSICAL HEALTH ACHIEVEMENT MONITORING AND ASSESSMENT SHOULD ALSO BE INCLUDED IN A QUARTER
REPORT OF DANCE EXERCISE ACHIEVEMENT BY CHECKING THE BODY MASS INDEX OF THE DANCE EXERCISE
PARTICIPANTS.

3. VITAMINS AND MINERALS CLASSIFICATION MUST BE DEEPLY DISCUSSED IN EACH MODULE FOR DEEPER AND
MEANINGFUL LEARNING UPON THE STUDENT’S MIND.

4. TEACHERS FROM THEN OTHER DEPARTMENT MUST ALSO BE ENCOURAGED TO JOIN THE DANCE EXERCISE
PROGRAM ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH CARDIO-RESPIRATORY WEIGHT CONCERNS.

5. PARENTS SHOULD CORRELATE WITH THEIR BARANGAY OFFICIALS ABOUT THE DANCE EXERCISE PROGRAM TO
INCLUDE THE SAID PROGRAM IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
