Purpose & Outcome

To establish and maintain Integrated Management System in the organization when there are
more than one standards exist. An IMS (Integrated Management Systems) include integrates:
● All components of business
● In one coherent system
● To enables the achievement of its purpose and mission
IMS includes all the working system in the organization and gives synergy to the system to
achieve the target. IMS is not limited to QMS and EMS other area where process may lead to be
addressed as OHSAS and TS 16949 etc. An IMS enables organization to align processes and
