DNP established Checklist system. With this system,
contractors reports every condition of their units and
give corrective action to repair if there are any problems.
This checklist will be reported to BISM to be

acknowledged and signed by Port Manager (P. Thapa).
Harma and Alvaro has already implemented the system

and continue implementing

8 OCC Monitoring Phase

DNP will do monitoring for OCC start from March. In monitoring phase, DNP team will visit BISM HO
regularly 3 days in a week.
9 3 Month Rolling Plan

DNP will supervise BISM engineering team to develop 3 Month Rolling Plan.
