Introduction

 Founded by Edgar “Injap” Sia


 14 years ago, the first ever Mang Inasal Restaurant was born at the
leased 250 square meter space of Robinson’s Mall Carpark-Iloilo in
December 2003. A subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corp.
 By 2005, the Mang Inasal has opened for franchising, concentrating
in Visayas and Mindanao where Inasal is most popular
 By 2009, only six years after the first branch opened, Mang Inasal
had a store network of one hundred stores
 Today, Mang Inasal is the leading Pinoy brand outlet in the country,
with its strong portfolio of authentic fusion of traditional Filipino
cuisine with its pioneering “unlimited rice”

food, while sales would apply to the serving of customers.

 The Board of Directors direct, manage and supervise, under its
collective responsibility, the affairs of the restaurant
 they are also tasked to appoint officers and employees for the
proper and efficient administration of the restaurant
 The Board also has the power to establish branches and offices of
Mang Inasal and pass the annual budget of it to Jollibee Food
Corp.
 The stakeholder of Mang Inasal can have powers and authority to
some extent.
 They have the right to nominate candidates for seats in the Board of
Directors

 The management of Mang Inasal fosters an environment where

schedules, specifications, and costs.
 They list the inventories of raw materials, goods-in-process, and
finished products being purchased and produced in the desired
quantities.
 The idea behind operational control is streamlining the process to
minimize costs and work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 Mang Inasal Sustained Business Growth employed agility, stronger


core knowledge and skills, and acuity in business strategy
development to round up another successful year.
