Steps to Ensure Data Quality :

 Each team will be headed by a Senior Data Entry

Operator who will be responsible for overall team
management
 Data will be checked on sample basis at the end of
each day for each team member
 In addition, the team leader will do random checks
and will be available for resolving any queries or
data-issues
 After completion of data entry for each location,
results of these checks will be tabulated & shared.
Steps to Ensure Data Confidentiality :

 All data entry operators to carry ID cards

 Team leader to carry proper authorization letter
 All data transfer to client via data-cable only
 Other USB drives & removable media disabled
 All data-entry wiped off from local drives daily
 No paper records/ files to be taken out of area
 Checklist for same to be filled up and monitored by
team leader and documented
