• Age : 68 years old
• Gender : Male
• Address : Pesawaran
• Jobs : Farmer
• Religion : Moslem
• Status : Merried
HISTORY TALKING

Main Complaint :
Sense of propping in the left eye

Additional Complaint :
- Watery eyes in the left eye

- Itching in the left eye

THE WAY OF THE DISEASE

Patients came to the RSPBA with complaints felt

blocked because of the eyelash movement since
± 1 months ago in he left eye . Patient also
complained of itching and watery eyes in the left
eye. Previous history of trauma is denied.
History of the eye disease in the past

History of family disease

Patients claimed no one has a similar complaint
with the patients complaints.

RESUME
Mr. R 68 year-old came with sense of propping in
the left eye since ± 1 months ago. He has also
complained of itching and watery eyes in the left
eye. Previous history of trauma is denied.
On the basis of ophthalmological examination,
visions occuli dextra (VOD) are 0 and sinistra
(VOS) are 1/60. On the superior palpebra there is
trikiasis in the left eye, lakrimasi in the left eye,
conjunctival bulbi is injection conjungtival.

DIAGNOSIS

Trichiasis Palpebra Superior Oculi Sinistra

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS

• Distichiasis
• Dermatocalasis
• Epiblefaron
• Entropion
• Eyelid retraction (Grave's disease)
THERAPY
• Non Medicamentosa: Surgical correction
• Medikamentosa:
- Eye fresh : Cendo Lyteers (Kalium Chloride 0,8 mg/mL,
Sodium Chloride 4.4 mg/mL).
- Antibiotik + kortikosteroid : Cendo Xitrol (Dexamethasone
1 mg/mL, Neomycin Sulfat 3,5 mg/mL, Polymyxin B
Sulfat 10.000 IU/mL).
- Oral Antibiotik : Levofloxacin HCL 5 mg/mL

 Cornea ulcers
