OBSERVATIONS:
The below mentioned points both positive and negative are our
observations from the case study which may be improved in case of a
negative point and may be adopted in case of a positive point.
POSITIVE FACTORS:
• The workshops are in a separate building making them safer for use
and do not bring other areas to danger. The workshops are as per
standards of the guidelines of government bodies.
• The institute is easily accessible by several means of transport.
• Proper ventilation is provided in all areas.
• Proper green area helps in lower temperature and makes a calm
environment.
• Solar power equipment is under installation which will overcome the
need of power backup.
• Separate electricity supply for all workshops.
NEGATIVE FACTORS:
• The institute is nearby a railway line and therefore passing of trains
during class hours creates disturbance.
• Proper parking is unavailable. Faculties and students park there
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY vehicles in the campus area making it difficult to move around.
FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT PARKING • The campus users are unaware and do not take hygiene seriously.
• The institution calling for help to “specially abled” doesn’t have
necessary arrangements for them.

power cut.
• Portable water availability is not as per standards.
• Classes designed around 30 years ago still are used. The classes
designed for a particular capacity is now used with over capacity. Per
