The SCT provides a unified configuration and quotation It is an official platform in the

A: FusionModule2000 - configuration in detail
Altitude: The altitude of site fills in based on reality.
Module Layout: The value of 1200mm means width between two rows of cabinets.
Single or double row should be decided according to room space and system capacity.

UPS Inside Module/Outside Module : UPS inside of module( including battery inside
or outside), UPS also can deploy inside( including battery outside).

UPS Backup Type: Choose N+1 or 2N backup type

The Qty. of IT Cabinet per Module: Fill in according to project request. The length of
contained module should be within 15 meters.
The Actual Power Consumption per IT Rack(kW): The power consumption per rack
should be <= 21kW

The Qty. of Network Cabinet per Module: The power density of network cabinet is
calculated as 2kW/ cabinet by average.

Coefficient factor used for IT equipment : Coefficient factor used for IT equipment is
between 0.6 and 1.

Cabinet dimension: Different dimensions for IT cabinet

Cabinet Components: Click “Yes” to adjust the default setting

Side Plate: When using contained aisle, cabinets in the middle of module can be without side
plate, or configured only one side. You can chose 0/2/4.

Door Access Control: Mechanical password lock and door magnetic switch for front door,
mechanical lock and door magnetic switch for back door.

Door Magnetic :Choose this item when need to monitor the cabinet door state( open or close) .

Ground Copper Bar: Choose this item when there's no grounding copper design in data center
room.

Light-load guide rail (50kg bearing) : Applied for servers installation

Cable Rack : Applied for device horizontal cabling.

Depth Direction Cable Organizer : The front cable turns back for fixation.

Cable Salver :Front&back cabling for fixation with one unit space.

Fixed Salver : Applied for device installation with 100kg load-bearing capacity. Unadjusted salver
depth in front and back.

Adjustable Salver : Applied for device installation with adjustable front & back salver depth.(add
adjustable range)

Aisle
Aisle Door :revolving door and sliding door

Lighting of Aisle: Remote lighting control and setup lighting duration( after default
activation). Configure lighting button and control the lighting switch.
Module Aisle Access Control :Password+ID Card, fingerprint+ID Card,
fingerprint+Password+ID Card;
Crossing column: The size of column must be less than 1200*1200mm, and when the size
is less than 1200*600mm, the configuration also follows 1200*1200mm.

Cable Rack : Applied for device horizontal cabling.

UPS margin coefficient : "1" for default factor with no derating.

Battery inside/ outside :battery deploys inside of module / battery deploys outside of module

UPS backup time(min) :Backup time calculations based on load backup time. Backup time refers
system backup time.

A: FusionModule2000 - Cooling & Monitor System

Environment Condition: T1(-20~45),T3(-20~55), Ultralow temperature(-40~45).

Air conditioner type: 25kW(300mm)&42kW(600mm):

. Anticorrosive: outdoor environment over 0.5km range from the sea.

Pipe Mode : Fills on reality, select underfloor piping when no special requirements.
Dehumidifier: Configures when initial load is low(10%) or dehumidification needed.

Video monitor system : Configures on storage cycle. When short storage time needed (one
week), configures SD card. When long storage time needed, configures NVR card.
Sensor type : Multi-functional Sensor: support smoke and temperature & humidity detection.
Smoke sensor: only supports smoke detection.
SMS Warning : When adopts ECC800, optional for SMS and warning features, SIM card self-
provided from client. When adopts ECC800+NetEco, SMS and warning configured on NetEco
interface and multiple modules share MSN and warning.

Temperature Nephogram: If you have configured the temperature nephogram in

FusionModule2000 (hardware product), you also need to add the corresponding software in
NetEco.

B：UPS5000-E Main Parameters
Used indoor or outdoor:
Temperature range: 0-40℃.
Humidity range: 0-95%.

Altitude range: <=1000m, no derating;1000m-4000m, the

rated power decreases by 1% for each additional 100m.

Type of UPS: Tower UPS5000-A; Modular UPS-5000E

Choose Config by Actual Load Power or Not

The options of the single UPS output capacity is

calculated by actual load power when configure actual
load power.
Type of UPS Expand Cabinet: Expand cabinet allow
expanding the capacity of UPS.
Redundant Mode: In N+X system, N:UPS number,
X:redundant UPS number.
Parallel, Dual bus Mode have redundant UPS make system
safer:
1. Parallel redundancy can reach degree of safety: Tier 2;
2. Dual bus redundancy can reach highest degree of safety:
Tier 3,Tier 4.

Power Grid Condition Definition
Class 1: The average monthly duration in which AC input outage of the
telecommunication power system occurs is less than 10 hours.
Class 2: The average weekly duration in which AC input outage of the
telecommunication power system occurs is less than 10 hours.
Class 3A: The average daily duration in which AC input outage of the
telecommunication power system occurs is greater than or equal to 2
hours and less than 4 hours.
Class 3B: The average daily duration in which AC input outage of the
telecommunication power system occurs is greater than or equal to 4
hours and less than 8 hours.
Class 4 (including power grids where mains are unavailable): The
average daily AC input outage is greater than or equal to 8 hours.

There are two battery calculation methods: According to battery specifications
/According to the backup time (Typical Configuration)

Need parallel cable or not (m): It's used for Parallel on customer
sites, the parallel cable connects UPS in parallel.

Backfeed protection card: The backfeed protection card detects

mains and bypass backfeed and provides protection
Dry contact extended card: The dry contact extended card provides
extended monitoring ports: five groups of relay output ports and five
groups of input ports.
Need monitor the temperature&humidty of UPS

Need IP21 protection of the cabinet: the cabinet meets the

requirements of IP21 degree for dustproof and waterproof.

Need insulation Monitor:Used to detect battery grounding failures

and send alarm signals when the ground leakage current exceeds
the specified value.

Submitting a Quotation – Submitting a Quotation During
Quotation Creation

• Submit by Business Type: Proposal, Contract&PO, SPQ, Quote.
Before submitting a quotation, Huawei product manager needs to create a contract, PO, proposal, or
special offer quotation (SPQ) first on the PRM system to obtain the business number. Then, use the
business number to submit the quotation on SCT.
• Submit to Recipient: After the quotation is submitted to the recipient, SCT notifies the recipient by
email. The recipient can apply for services such as promotion by using the quotation.
• Manual Review(Export DB): Manual review is used to manually upload quotations and DB files to the
PRM or iSales and also used to submit DB files to the calculating personnel to upload to the iCAT during
manual commerce calculation.
• Submit for Cost Estimate: The product manager can submit quotations to the CFG to calculate costs.
After calculation, you can access the CFG from the link in the email to download an Excel file about the
calculation results.
• Submit for Demand Forecast: You can type in the Opportunity Type and Code and submit the
quotation to DMA system, This helps the backend supply chain to prepare goods.
• Submit the logistics BOQ bidding volume estimation platform: The platform for estimating the
logistics BOQ bidding volume is used to forecast the weight and volume of the S-BOM generated by the
UniSTAR. It is applicable to the logistics cost estimation during the bidding phase. The forecast data is
not the actual data. The 100% that cannot be used is accurate. However, the system will try to control
the 100% in a small deviation range.
• Submit to Insight for Compliance Regulation: Huawei product manager needs to submit quotation to
Insight system for trade compliance checking, including Embargo item check and America element ratio
check.
• Submit for Server Customization: For quotation containing products supporting customization, you
can submit the customization settings to MES+/TSD for review.
• Submit S2B: The product manager can submit quotation to Translator for S2B conversion.
Checking Quotation Data Back

There are four types of check items: Error, Confirm, Warning, and Information.
On the Check Result page, messages are prioritized as follows: Error, Confirm, Warning, and Information.

 Basically, no more submission is allowed,

and the Next button is unavailable.
Error  For some special errors, you can choose
to ignore the check result, for example,
check for restricted parts.

 After selecting the confirmation option,

Sharing Configurations, Quotations, or Projects
You can share configurations, quotations, or projects with others. You can obtain shared configurations, quotations, or projects from others in My
Share for further query, review, or modification.

You can share 20 quotations at most at a time.

Merging Quotations
Merging Quotations

You can merge multiple quotations to one. Quotations cannot be merged in the following cases:
• Quotations of different countries
• Quotations of different folders
• Quotations of different list price types
• Split quotations and UC solution quotations
In addition, users who have only configuration permission cannot merge quotations.

SCT supports exporting a quotation to an Excel file. Users can customize the format and contents of the Excel file.
Normal BOQs and customer BOQs can be exported.
