• Locate a part when the part number is known
• Locate a part using a serial number in conjunction with a part number or name
• Recognise clarifying information found in parts lists and graphics
• Locate a part when the part name is known
• Locate parts using phrases (quotes)
• Locate a part by navigating through family icons

 Always Start in SIS Web

• Under the “Highlighted” (1) section

Information” (1), click on “View More”

1 - Expanded Mining Product Search
• In the “Product Identifier” space you can type the
Machine ID, Serial Number, Prefix, Sales Order or
Alias
• The Drop down arrow gives a selection of all the
different types of machines

• Drop down arrow by your name gives you the option to

manage your carts and orders

• In this drop down you will be able to manage your current cart that you are busy
working with.

• This is used to search all PDF Files

 Using Product Identifier

• Type in DHF15929 in “Product

Identifier”
• It will display the different machine

List Structure”

Parts List Structure

• In the “Parts List Structure” you will

find the different machine
arrangements with their various parts
below them.
• This can also aid with non-descriptive
part names.

 Difference Between BE & AA Part Numbers

• BE – This is a non – Caterpillar part. This could be a Terex, DBT, SAP, Gardner Denver or any other Bucyrus part number.
• BE part number does not have a hyphen (-) in, i.e. 1255274
• AA – This is a Caterpillar part number.
• AA part number must have a hyphen (-) in, i.e. 462-2151. Not including the hyphen may return an incorrect part or no
part at all.

• In (1) type in 468-9160

• It will take you through to the Parts
Identification screen

• This is a graphical illustration of the intake system

installation material.
• Numbers link to different parts with part numbers.
• Double click on a number to take you to the part
number

• 2 – “I” – information icon, shows available Where used,
cross reference, suppression information
• 3 – “Cross Reference” – newest number for the original
part (from other non-CAT or non-Bucyrus sources.
• 4 – “Suppression” – history of parts that have been
cancelled or replaced

• 5 – “add to cart” allows you to add part to your cart
when creating a parts list

Remanufactured Parts

• Type remanufactured into the advance

search
• Gives you all the remanufactured parts
• Remanufactured - rebuild

• Click on “add to Cart” to add part to the parts list
