Pada kegiatan peledakan di PT Aditya Buana Inter secara keseluruhan da

vertikal dengan rata-rata burden 2,375 m, spacing 2,425 m, tinggi jenjang
6,75 m, stemming 2,3 m dan diameter lubang ledak 3 inch, jumlah bahan
peledak yang digunakan rata-rata 2487,1 lb setiap peledakan dan tonase
batuan rata-rata 6454,8 ton atau 2581,9125 m3 dan memiliki nilai powder
factor rata-rata 0,384 lb/ton.
Perhitungan powder factor lubang ledak vertikal dan inclined secara teorit
is menurut C.J. Konya nilai powder factor untuk lubang ledak inclined lebi
h efisien yaitu 0,34 lb/ton dan powder factor teoritis lubang ledak inclined
menurut R.L. Ash yaitu 0,37 lb/ton. Sehingga diusulkan menggunakan ge
ometri peledakan lubang ledak inclined menurut teori C.J. Konya, dengan
penggunaan bahan peledak sebanyak 1.528,2 lb dan volume batuan diha
silkan sebesar 1.800 m3 atau 4.500 ton.
