*Math –We will begin our unit on angle measurement. We will
be learning about how to use a protractor to measure angles. We
will also learn about additive angles and how to find the missing
angle when given one measurement. Our test will be on Thursday,
March 21st.
* Reading –We will finish looking at firsthand and
secondhand accounts.
* Writing –We will finish our informational piece of writing.
* Grammar –We will learn about ordering adjectives correctly
so that our sentences make sense and flow.
Math: Complete 30 minutes on either Khan
Academy or DreamBox.
Test tomorrow on Geometry – see papers in
Thursday folder to study.
Angle Measurement test will be on Thursday,
March 21st.
If your child is on Lexia or Reading Plus, please
have them work on this at home.

* Social Studies – We will finish learning about the Civil Read 20 minutes/night
War. We are going to learn about the differences in the North and
South, causes of the Civil War, important people and leaders,
battles, and the abolitionists movement. We will only have
classwork grades for this unit and not a unit test. Vocabulary Quiz next week 3/15 on weeks 7 & 8.
