Goals:

Frustration:
She thinks that he smell of the plastic container has been affecting the pleasant fragrance of the

Mr. Ramos is a franchise owner of Bacsilog for 2 years now. Bacsilog is composed of bacon, fried
rice and egg. Bacsilog been people’s favorite meal. Mr. Ramos is also an environmentalist and he
was bothered that he’s been contributing to plastic pollution because of the container that he’s
been using for Bacsilog.

Goals:
To expand his business in a environmental way.

Frustration:
His container has been contributing in plastic pollution.
