House Rules

1. You are expected to attend all sessions. You

are here on the premise that you are free
from your official duties and responsibilities,
as well as personal activities.

2. All sessions will be held at Pagadian Bay Plaza

Hotel from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Evening
session will be held as needed. Schedules
may change depending on the pacing of the
activities.
3. Sign the attendance sheets during morning and
afternoon sessions. This will serve as the basis
for issuance of Certificate of Appearance.

4. Punctuality in all sessions will be strictly

observed. One hundred percent (100%)
attendance is required for the issuance of a
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION.

5. You are encourage to participate in all activities.

6. Should you need to make or receive calls,
arrange them to be done during break time
to avoid interrupting the activities. In case
you have a cellular phone, put it in silent
mode during sessions.

7. As Barangay Officials and Employees,

participants are expected to be in proper
attire. At the very least, no short pants,
sandos and slippers are allowed in the
venue.
9. Breakfast will be served from 6:30 to 7:00
AM.
• Lunch from 12:00 NOON to 1:00 PM.
• Dinner from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
• Snacks may be served during sessions.

10.Strictly no smoking in the venue and hotel

rooms.

11.Have a meaningful and fruitful learning

experience.
