Future Robot World!
• Basado en el Curso de Formación de la Creatividad que se abre en mu
chas universidades en Corea desde hace 10 años , RoboRobo investiga
y desarrolla programa Robot Creatividad Formación , que puede motiv
ar a los estudiantes a tener un interés en la ciencia y hacer que se desa
rrollen la capacidad creativa . A diferencia de la simple reunión de ayu
das o materiales de enseñanza de las ciencias existentes , incluimos se
nsores , electrónica , maquinaria, la educación la tecnología informática
que conducirán el futuro en el Curso de Formación Robot Curso Creati
vidad . Nuestro robot se sistematizó a dar inteligencia a través de prog
rama de ordenador , por lo tanto , los estudiantes tienen que program
ar el robot por sí mismos. En consecuencia , estamos seguros de que n
uestro curso será una guía para la fundación de la tecnología del futur
o y la Creatividad .

① Haga doble clic en el archivo "Setup.exe" en la carpeta ② Haga clic en el botón [NEXT ]
de programas Rogic y ejecutar el archivo .

 Rogic Ejecutar programa

• Haga clic en el acceso directo ( ) del programa Rogic para ejecutar el programa .

 Cable RS232 para conexión a PC

•Conecte el cable RS232 al puerto COM 1 del PC

•Después de eso , conectar otra parte del cable RS232C al puerto de serie
de Comunicación.

Montaje Robot

(1) Montar como el orden de la Asamble

 Carga de un archivo de ejemplo

 Download

• If you complete the program, click the "Download" button at the right side of the top.
-Click the "Download" button, and Rogic program will be sent from the PC through this cable.

•If you click the "Download" button when the Power of robots is off, or when the robots and
RS232C cable is not connected properly, the "Dialog box of the RS232C connection error" will
appear.
Before you click the "Download" button, try to be accustomed to check always whether the
robot and the RS232C cable is connected correctly, and the robot is plugged in the power.

 Version Check

• If PC and the robot through RS232C cable is connected well, click the "About Rogic"
button on the "Help menu" at the top of the Rogic program, and Check the version of the
robot and the Rogic program.

'Prog.Version' indicates the version of the Rogic program, and 'Robot Version'
indicates the version of the robot. Each version of the Rogic program and the
robot should be 3.0, 020 to work properly. Also, to operate the robot right, the 11
latest version of the Rogic program shall be installed time to time.
Comunicación Puerto Comprobar

• Comunicación Puerto Comprobar Seleccione ` paneles de control '-> ` sistemas ' - > `
grifos hardware ‘
• Selecciona el administrador del sistema de ' hardware ' grifos .
• Seleccione ` Puerto ( COM y LPT ) " de la lista del gestor del sistema y compruebe si `
puerto de comunicaciones ( COM ) se reconoce .
• Hay muchos casos en que la computadora actualizada portátil y el PC no tiene puerto C
OM . En este caso , adquiera y utilice el conector de conversión que convierte el puerto U
SB al puerto COM .

 Part Assembly

• Assembly with a Support-nut

– A Support is used to assemble the parts for a certain space (7mm, 10mm,
etc.).
– A support and a nut are assembled using the hexa-driver.

(1) Prepare a main frame, a 20mm Support , and a 3mm nut. (2) Holding the 20mm Support, Fix the 3mm Nut with a hexagon
driver.

 Part Assembly

• Bolt-Nut Assembly
– The Frame and the Board are assembled using a bolt and a nut.
– The bolt is assembled with a screwdriver and a nut is assembled
using the hexa-driver.

(3) Prepare a CPU board, three 3x6mm bolts, and two 3mm (4) Push down the 3mm Nut with a finger, and fix the 3x6mm
Nuts. bolt with a screwdriver.

(5) Prepare two 20mm supports, and two 3mm nuts. (6) Push down the 3mm Nut with a finger, and fix the 20mm
support with a hexa-driver.

• Bolt-Frame assembly
– Assemble a bolt using a Cross-tip driver.

• L- Frame Assembly
– L-frame is the part that connects the two frames squarely.

• Motor Frame Assembly

– Motor frame is created specifically for the DC motor, and the
hole of the frame is designed to act as a nut.
– Assemble the motor frame using a bolt and a screwdriver.

(14) Put the motor frame on the main frame, and fix with the

• 3pin-cable connection
– The 3pin-cable is using to connect the CPU board, Sensor board, and the DC
motor drive board etc to each other.
– Be careful of the direction when you connect the cable. Connect the cable so
as to locate the BLACK part of cable on the row that WHITE triangle on the
LED board is pointing.

 Part Assembly

(19) Connect the 3pin-cable (Which is connected to the red LED board) to the OUT Port 1 of the CPU board. (Connect the cable so as
to locate the BLACK part of 3pin cable on the row that WHITE triangle on the CPU board is pointing).
