If we want to get the maximal throughput,signal strength need
to meet following conditions:

•RSRP
RSRP(s)>-80dbm
RSRP(s)-RSRP(best n)>10db
•SINR
SINR(s)>25db
Poor coverage:RSRP<-105dbm
Interference:SINR<0db
 Equipment and Server check
• Restart UE or computer to test again.
• Test server is the best.
• Multi-thread test.
• Speedtest to check.
RF side check with whiteboard
