 Our Understanding of Project (For Discussion)

• GMCC: 3, 50,691 Sq Ft. Ground • HA Block : 3, 12,586 Sq Ft. .

• This building is a combination of RCC structure and PEB Structure.
• RCC structure is used for
– Entrance lobby/Reception Area
– Electrical Rooms
– Stairs/Lifts
– Locker Rooms

Levels in GMCC Buildings

• Considering FFL as 0.00 m
• Mezzanine Level is at 5.265 m
• Clear Height Level is at 12.106 m
 HA Building Understanding (180 m X 181 m)
• This building is a combination of RCC structure and PEB Structure.
• RCC structure is used for
– Entrance lobby/Reception Area
– Electrical Rooms
– Stairs/Lifts
– Locker Rooms
– Toilets
– Etc.

1. PEB Drawings – Anchor Bolt Plan & Sections for both Buildings.

SCOPE:
Preparing BIM Model of LOD 300 for HA Building & GMCC plant building containing PEB,
Architectural & Structural Services, with all clash detection & resolution to be done which
will be useful from construction to handover stage of project & would be utilized to
prepare other services BIM model.
Stages of Work:

1. Revit Modeling in Revit

Task:
Studying all the input drawings and data
Creation of 3D model in Revit based on the final input drawings.

Deliverables:
3D Model in Navisworks file.

2. Clash detection & Report submission

Task:
Generate clash report in Navisworks Manage

Deliverables:
Clash Report
 BIM SCOPE
3.Updation of the model as per clash resolution
Task:
Based on clash resolutions by client, updating the first time model to create the final
model.

Deliverables:
Final Revit (. rvt) Model & Navisworks

Exclusions

1. PEB connection details would be shown indicative

2. As it is PEB building, we will not extract any drawings from model.
3. We can extract Architecture & Civil (Concrete) drawings.
4. The rebar drawings are excluded.
5. No Machinery related modeling & Connection Details will be modeled.
6. NO Hardcopies
7. 4D (integrating schedule with Model).
8. Creation of special Revit Families

BIM LOD 300 Model Includes:

• All structural steel Member (Column, Beams,Bracings,Platforms,Mezzanines,Structural

Suspending Members)
• All RCC Members (Column, beam, slabs)
• Indicative Sheeting
• Architecture elements ( Brick work, Doors , Windows etc)

BIM LOD 300 Model Does not Includes:

• Model do not Includes connection Details (all steel and steel to R.C.C)
