Scheme 1 – Organizing International Exhibitions / Participation in Trade Fair • Purpose : To provide Micro , Small & Medium enterprises international platform, which individually they cant afford • Govt. Assistance to NE Region (Himachal Not Mentioned) & we are mentioning Micro Ind. only – Space Rent – 95% subsidy , 75% General – Freight Charges – 25000 – Air Fair – 95% of economy return/ 85% General – Advertisement – 20% of total subsidy admissible amount • Whereas for participation in Trade Fair same financial system follow with ceiling limit 20. Lokesh Kumar Scheme 2 – Domestic Exhibition & Trade Fair • Purpose : To provide Micro , Small & Medium enterprises National platform, which individually they cant afford being Micro Industries • Govt. Assistance to NE Region (Himachal Not Mentioned), where as this is for Micro Ind. – Total Assistant include all – 95% subsidy , 75% General – Total ceiling limit upto 45 lakhs include all expenses like rent, fair , advertisement and all. – Techmart at IITF is event where 95% subsidy offering to Micro Industries Like NSM • Whereas for participation in Trade Fair same financial system follow with ceiling limit 25. Er. Lokesh Kumar Scheme 3 – Co-sponsoring of exhibitions by Industry association & Govt. Bodies • To promote Micro , Small & Medium industries with in the country and support them to reach maximum buyers irrespective to Govt. events, this scheme has been launched as: – 5 Lakhs subsidy at A Cities – 3 Lakhs subsidy at B Cities – 2 Lakhs subsidy at C Cities – 1 Lakhs subsidy at Rural Areas. • This scheme is launched with purpose to increase the reach of Micro Industries who’s survival is tough as they cant afford their marketing expenses. Lokesh Kumar Scheme 4 - Buyer Seller meets • To Provide more selling space to Micro, Medium & Small Industry MSME introduce this scheme calendar where they arrange bulk buyers like Railways, Defense & Communication department etc to facilitate buying so that survival become easier for small industries. • For NE Region Micro Industries – 95% Subsidy , where as for all other industries “No Subsidy” in this scheme.

Scheme 5 – Intensive Campaigns & Marketing Promotion Events • This was launched with purpose of cluster based marketing and promotion of Micro, Medium & small enterprises. • 80,000 subsidy at A Cities • 48,000 subsidy at B Cities • 32,000 subsidy at C Cities • 16,000 subsidy at Rural areas. • Here MSME will support with all type of promotional events to push business cycle of industry Er. Lokesh Kumar Scheme 6 – Other Marketing Support • Development of display centre, hoardings , Danglers etc. • Printing of Literature. • Develop website. • Push ecommerce sales venues, Etc. • Up to 5 lakhs support based upon organization structure & business.

Requirement from HPGIC • Firstly become member of MSME & NSIC. • Once they accept, then we can send proposal for any scheme based upon event calendar & our planning. • Screening committee with senior IAS will review & give sanctions. • For Medium & Small enterprise 10% of subsidy amount should be paid to NSIC as they contribute all documentation & Manpower support.
