Toxicidad
• Hiperactividad locomotora, aumento del ritmo
cardíaco, hipertensión.
• Hipertermia
• Euforia
• Abuso crónico: alucinaciones, agitación,
ansiedad, taquicardia, delirios paranoides,
hipertensión, hiperreflexia.
– Falla hepática aguda, insuficiencia renal y
rabdomiolisis.
Postmortem
• Mefedrona (Suecia): Una persona fallecida con
hiponatremia es la primera muerte reportada
• Metedrona (Suecia): Dos muertes accidentales
de pacientes con edema y congestión
pulmonar
• Butilona: Edema cerebral, congestión
pulmonar, hemorragias, congestión del
hígado, bazo y riñones.
