Abstract
The system is designed to
analyse the drugs and materials
needed to be issued to an In-
patient.
Introduction
The task is to predict, if a patient
gets admitted to the hospital and
the team which is taking care of
the patient is known then we
should be able to predict what is
going to be issued to that patient.
Aim & Objectives
The aim of our project is to make
the task of the hospital much
easier.
The hospital can keep track of
what is required next and when.

Methodology & Implementation
Input is data of years containing
patient unique ID’s, patient
gender, patient age, team (the
department in which his checkup
has been carried out), number of
days he stayed in the hospital and
finally on which day what was
issued to him.
Output is the set of drugs and
materials those are to be issued to
the respective patient along with
their probabilities of getting
selected.

Result Analysis
Training of a Network takes a lot
of time and requires a lot of
Data Input
Even after Training, the network
will need to be continuously
trained with more and more real
data to give best results
Tests did not give satisfactory
results because of Training data
was not sufficient
Conclusion
The nurse don’t have to disturb the
doctor every time for each and
every item which needs to be
issued to the patient. She will have
her own dashboard which will show
what needs to be given to which
patient. She only has to place the
order for the item required.
Future works
Much more data has to be
gathered in order to increase the
accuracy of the system.
