IT Lab Classes
• Till date there has been 10 batches run by IT Trainers
• Out of this 4 batches were carried out for the staff
• Rest of the 6 batches were for the Children on the campus and fr
om Tilonia village
• In these batches they were trained on the Basics of computer

• Children who attended the IT training got an edge over there pee
rs in the school in terms of digital literacy.
• For staff the results were not similar because due to the lack of i
nfrastructure in their section, most of them after the training neve
r had a chance to implement their learning.
• It was then decided that a top down approach towards traini
ng and without providing required infrastructure the IT Train
ing was of no use.

Reassigning the Infrastructure
• There were lot of computers and other devices on camp
us which were not being used or were lying in sections w
hich had already bought new systems.
• Complete stock of all these devices was done by the IT
Team and a list of such devices was made
• Then a list of all sections was made which did not have c
omputers.
• All the computers which were not being utilized were rep
aired and redistributed among the sections so that at lea
st each section has one computer
Learning From the Program
• All the IT infrastructure should be bought by the IT sectio
n so that there is one point contact.
• The moment section buys a Computer or any other devic
e the, old device will come under the IT Section, if the de
vice is not bought for expansion.
