LT TECHNICAL INFORMATION

 Engine and centrifugal clutch  Spring system

– HondaGXR120/Hatz engine – The rammer leg contains one inner tube,
runs at high speed 3750/3000 connected to the foot and one outer tube,
rpm connected to the transmission housing
– Power is transferred via the – Inside the inner tube is the spring loaded piston
centrifugal clutch, which – Crank shaft moves the piston up and down =
means the rammer stands still mechanical stroke
on idle speed – Due to weight balance between machine and
 Transmission foot, the foot jumps higher than the stroke =
– Engine speed is reduced to jump height
720 rpm in gear box  Balance and speed
– The linear motion of the – The rammer balance and speed forward
rammer is created by the depends on all parameters, weight balance,
crank shaft on the gear wheel machine angle, frequency and jump height

New Honda GXR120 engine with diaphragm carburettor, designed specially for rammers

*The SAE J1349 standard measures net horsepower with the manufacturer’s production muffler and air cleaner in place. Net horsepower more closely
correlates with the power the operator will experience when using a Honda engine powered product. The power rating of the engines indicated in this
document measures the net power output at 3600 rpm and net torque at 2500 rpm, as tested on a production engine.

 Three main arguments

– Right Format
Lower weight, less width and perfectly
balanced
– Right Options
Hour meter + air filter indicator and an easy to
use transportation device
– Right Power
Only rammer manufacturer who can offer the
new Honda GXR120 engine, developed
specially for rammers
