Executive Summary
 The purpose for the research was to study the problem
faced by the individual using the mobile banking.
 Also to see how comfortable people using Mobile banking .
 The objective of the study was to see what is opinion of
respondent towards M-Banking

 OBJECTIVES:
 To study whether mobile banking is safe , secure and easy to
use.
 To find out if there is enough awareness about mobile
banking.
 To conclude what people prefer the most- mobile, internet
or traditional banking.
Scope of Study
 The general purpose of the study was too
see whether mobile Banking is popular.
 For the research we have taken Mumbai
as a target area for the sample.
 The sample size was 57 respondents in
total in total.
Introduction
 Mobile banking is the act of making
financial transactions on a mobile device
(cell phone, tablet, etc.).
 Mobile banking refers to the use of a
smartphone or other cellular device to
perform online banking tasks while away
from your home computer, such as
monitoring account balances,
transferring funds between accounts, bill
payment and locating an ATM.
Methodology
 The questionnaire contained closed ended
questions.
 The options given were Strongly Agree ,
Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree
 The responses were noted by Google
Forms.
 Simple random sampling technique was used.
 Various Test such as Anova , Descriptive
statistics , Percentage Analysis , Correlation
were used.
Literature Review
 Literature 1 - Beyond the commercial potential,
mobile money can have social and economic
benefits. Access to financial services lowers the
cost of sending and receiving remittances,
improves the safety and security of cash, and
makes payments more convenient.

Analysis and conclusion
 During the early times people faced a lot of
problems while using M-banking and had a bad
perception towards it.
 80% of the respondents have used m-banking.
 But now we can see people think M-banking is
safe and secure (17.5% Strongly Agree and 60.2%
agree)
 Also 75% People are ready to use M-Bankng
Instead of Traditional Banking
 A problem related to ease of use is that almost
45% of the banks don’t give tutorials on how to
use M-Banking.
Limitations
 Difficult to convince the respondents to
fill the form
 Time constraints.
