1. Expectations

4. Course dynamics
Each day in our class notes you will find:
 Introduction regarding the class content
 Step-by-step explanation of the before class activities and homework
Reading- most reading will be assigned for homework
 Reading commentary/discussion
 Vocabulary from Reading
Grammar: It will be introduced and explained in detail as it appears in your
student test book.
 Assignments will be given to reinforce grammar concepts
Speaking and Oral Topic / Practice
 In pairs or small groups
 Oral topics should be prepared at home ahead of time.
5. Homework Assignments
1. Mandatory review of the material given in class.
2. Completion of the exercises assigned after every class
(answers will be posted on the platform).
3. Learning and retention of vocabulary from the lessons.
4. Compositions assigned and turned in on the due dates.
5. Preparation for the oral topics offered in each unit. These will
help you prepare for and feel comfortable for the B1 oral exam.
6. Web links for grammar and listening that are found on our
platform.
6. Evaluations
There will be one final evaluation at the end of the course.
It consists of two parts: written and oral.
 Prueba escrita (duración: 2 horas y media)

 Prueba oral (duración: aproximadamente 7 minutos)
