Control of Health Risks

Purpose:
 To prevent or minimize the exposure to hazardous
substances or materials.
 Minimizing the exposure may be done through reducing the
duration, frequency and intensity of exposure.
 The most effective method is by controlling the source or
the route of chemical release.
