Conflict
Conflict is a conflict that occurs between
what is expected by someone to himself,
other people, organizations with the
reality of what he expected.
Forms of Conflict within the
organization
1. Hierarchical Conflict, which is a conflict that occurs
at the level of the organizational hierarchy.
2. Functional Conflict (Functional Conflict), which is a
conflict that occurs from various functions - within
the organization.
3. Staff Conflicts with Unit Heads (Line Staff Conflict),
ie conflicts that occur between unit leaders and
staff, especially staff who are related to work
authority / authority.
4. Formal-Informal Conflict, which is a conflict that
occurs that relates to norms that apply in informal
organizations with formal organizations.

 Mengidentifikasi musuh bersama (Identifying a

Job Stress
Job stress: Depressed feelings experienced by
employees in facing work. This work stress can be seen
from Simptom, including: emotional instability, feelings of
insecurity, solitude, insomnia, excessive smoking, being
unable to relax, worry, tension, nervousness, increased
blood pressure, and experiencing digestive disorders.
Causes of Job Stress
Causes of Job Stress:
 Workload that is too heavy,
 Urgent work time
 Low quality work supervision,
 Unhealthy work climate,
 Inadequate work authority related to
responsibility
 Work conflict,
 Value differences between employees and
leaders who are frustrated at work.
