A graduate of BS Electrical Engineering in University


of the East Caloocan and licensed and registered
Electrical Engineer who worked in a private company
as Project Engineer where his managerial and
leadership skills were developed. He started a career
in real estate marketing on 2010 where he became
the top performer of the year. He later became a
licensed and registered Real Estate Broker on 2011
that handled Real Estate Salespersons and became
one of the top performing Real Estate Broker of 2011
until the year 2012.
JOVEN ARTIAGA
VP Operations & Training

A graduate of BS Civil Engineering from Ateneo de Naga University


and licensed and registered Civil Engineer since 2009. He is also
became a freelance contractor, entrepreneur and one of the
youngest mover of Engineering and Real Estate industry today. With
his leadership, management trainings and experiences starting his
early school days, he became to be one of the finalists of
MARKPROF FOUNDATION’S TOP 25 Marketing Management
Trainees in the Philippines in 2008. He ventured into real estate
early after he passed the exam where he became one of the key
performers in his previous Realty Group since 2011, along with the
pioneer batch of Board passers under Professional Regulations
Commission (PRC). His key strengths are good planning and
implementation, motivation and BIG vision will lead our group to
impressive heights.
JESUS FULGAR
VP Marketing & Sales

A graduate of BS Electrical Engineering in


University of the East Caloocan and licensed
and registered Electrical Engineering since
2008. He became a Sales Engineer in a Private
Company and has brought his previous
company millions of sales during his tenure.
He was also a trained Six Sigma in a
Multinational Company. He ventured into Real
Estate since 2011 and became a licensed and
registered Real Estate Broker since 2012.
JACQUELYN CABREROS
VP Administration

A graduate from Far Eastern University with a degree of Bachelor of


Science in Nursing, having passed the Phil. Nursing Licensure Exam
and also NCLEX-RN California State Board, she trained and
volunteered with different hospitals. Later explored different
avenues like the BPO industry, having worked with foreign accounts
and Government service, as a staff in the House of Representatives,
this further strengthen her belief in providing complete customer
satisfaction to clients and high regard of maintaining one's integrity.
March 2012, when she obtained her PRC Real Estate Broker License,
her interest and passion in the industry of real estate deepened. She
believes in continuous development and innovation hoping to
contribute to a better REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
RON DEL DE CASTRO

A graduate of BS Chemical Engineering in UP Los


Banos, he was immediately hired as a management
trainee for Maynilad Water Services Inc. where his
leadership and management skills were extensively
developed. He started his career in the field of Real
Estate on 2011 and by the first quarter of 2012 he
became a licensed Real Estate Broker as he has seen
the big opportunity that the industry offers. Armed
with an entrepreneurial mind, dedication and
continuous strive for excellence he strives to become
one of the well- known innovators of the Real Estate
industry in the country.
