EPITERMAL DEPOSIT

The epithermal sites are related to continental volcanic and

submarine volcanic geological environments in subduction zones.
LOW SULFURATION EPITHERMAL DEPOSIT

Generally speaking, the

low sulphidation fluids are
a mixture of meteoric
waters that have percolated
to subsurface and magmatic
waters (derived from a
magmatic intrusion) that
have risen towards the
surface.
HIGH SULFURATION EPITHERMAL DEPOSIT

The structural configuration of

the high sulphidation deposits
in volcanic environments lends
itself to mineralization due to
the hydrothermal alteration
caused by underlying intrusions
and the generation of space
through extensional faults in
and around the boiler basin.
