River, in close proximity to the Delhi Secretariat
(to its East) and the historical Ferozshah Kotla
citadel (to its West).

• Seating Capacity- 15,000 fixed seats
• Entrance- 4 Ramps for 1st floor seating, staircases, & lifts

Judo, Table Tennis, Wrestling, Wushu
• Equipped with intricate audio and lighting systems, making
it adequate for High Definition Television (HDTV)
transmission.
HOW TO REACH
• Spectators, from Indraprastha Metro Station,
can avail the shuttle service to Raj Ghat Ash
Ground parking area. From there the venue
(Gate Number- 7) is 300 metres.
• Spectators can park their vehicles at Raj Ghat
Ash Ground parking area and walk down a
distance of 300 metres to the Venue (Gate
Number 7).
The entrance to the complex is landscaped and well maintained

Cycling Velodrome
• An indoor fully air-conditioned Cycling Velodrome timber track for
the first time in the country and accredited to be 2nd best in the
world after Beijing.
• Curved seating tier to follow the track geometry for better sight
lines from each seating location
• Entry tunnels for athletes and technical officials in the field of play.
• Seating capacity 3800
• Steel structure with two large longitudinal arches of span 150 m.
and crown height 33 m. Each arch is made of 2.5 m diameter steel
pipe.
• 250 m timber track by replacing existing 333 m. concrete track.
