Characteristics

They are always before a noun

Example:
She is a pretty woman
They are good students
This is a comfortable classroom
They never change to express masculine or
feminine (gender)
Example:
I have a beautiful son.
I also have a beautiful daughter.
And I have a beautiful wife too.
But I do not have a beautiful car.
They never change to express singular or plural
(number)

Example:
There are 15 intelligent ladies in this class
I have only one intelligent brother
They can also go after verb “to be”
Example:
This class is entertaining.
Some of the students are sleepy.
Children are sweet.

They can use “very” and “so” to express emphasis

Example:
Babies are so awesome
Ferraris are very expensive
They can be classified into 2 groups:
short adjectives (1 syllable or 2 when ending in -y)
long adjectives (2,3,4 or more syllables)
