Safety – Self-Test System

Turn on Failed Succeed

 Self-test system check any abnormal status;

 Self-test : Motor, Sensor, Battery, Memory card, CPU;
 Ensure pump working well before setting parameters , improve safety in
advance;
Powerful Alarm

 Alarm will not stop if no nursing staff to deal with ;

 Various alarms enables instant and correct response, ensure patients safety;

DPS( Dynamic Pressure System)
Dynamic pressure display
Real-time pressure display in graphically and numerically;

11 levels occllusion pressure

accurate and flexible , providing various choice for clinical use;

4 Pressure units selectable

mmHg, kPa, bar, psi
calculated and converted directly and
automatically; depends on personal
preference; saving much time in clinical
application;

Occlusion

@25ml/h @ 5ml/h

 when occlusion happens, the motor will turn some volume back, but there still some
left volume in the IV tubing or the syringe;
 Reaction time: the pump detect the pressure limit and begin to alarm when occlusion
happens.

Anti-bolus

 When occlusion happens, the motor re-back some volume automatically and
quickly to avoid the patient blood pressure rise , then to avoid much volume
hurt the patients and ensure safety;
 Anti-bolus system reduces bolus rate significantly after occlusion alarm release.

Free- flow protection
 An infusion set that cannot be removed
from the pump while still open, the user is
forced to clamp the set or the pump
automatically clamps it;

Dual protection!

 There’s a clip on the tube to stop free-flow

on the dedicated IV set;

 Pumps with free-flow protection greatly reduce the risk of patient injury or

remember or re-check the last therapy parameters;
 Save operator much time and workload, especially in some emergency cases;
History Records
First in, first out!

The latest records are on the top

of the list!

Quick research!

Action : parameter changing, turn on/off,

start/stop infusion, bolus, alarm, silence

 Up to 2000 infusion information, pump status and alarms will be recorded

automatically.
 Help the nurses or doctors to follow up patients clinical conditions, providing good
treatment references and research.
Drug Library
User defined drug list:
According to the nurse opeating
habit, modify, add, delete the durgs
to the most used drugs list from the
2,000 base!

 Customize the drug library to meet the clinical therapy needs and provide safer
medification delivery through the RS 232 interface.
 Input full drug names and reduce medicaiton errors.
Hands-on / Hands-free Bolus

 Two ways for flexible use;

 Wide bolus rate range selectable;
 Save much time and workload to meet clinical requirements, especially
in OR, allowing Anesthesiologist to focus on the needs of the patients.
Purge

 Purge rate= injection/infusion rate

 Syringes extension line exist air bubble, so the purge could remove the air bubble
conveniently only press the key to achieve;
Keypad Lock

 Auto keypad lock:

“OFF”
“ON”: 1-5 min selectable;
 Manual keypad lock:

KVO (keep vein open)
KVO operating KVO finish

0.1-5.0ml/h adjustable

 The pump will keep slow syringe to guarantee the safety of the patients when
occlusion alarm happens.
 Configurable KVO infusion rate to keep vein open.
Convenience – SP5 Operation

Open the door Set syringes Fix the clamp Close the door
Rotate the clamp
Pull the slider

Compared with the B.Braun automatic one , nurse must wait the door open, then
