Planning
• A lot of planning and thought process was involved in the planning of our mela
because we made all the stuffs ourselves using our best chefs present in Dexters.
• Our expense for raw materials was very basic as we made almost everything
ourselves at the Counters.
• 25% of the stuff like the ragda used for Choti Bhook(canopy chat), marinated
chicken and paneer for Tiffin Box(chicken/paneer chilli) was homemade because
from the start we had the idea of having a Live Counter for all our dishes.
• Even for our Mad over dessert(Choco Mousse Cake) mousse and chocolate cake
was only prepared at home. We assembled the dessert here.
Promotions/Decorations
◦ We tried to make our Menu Card a little innovative
by writing the menu on a chartpaper, but to keep it
secret it was kept encrypted and only when it was
ben read using the red glass could be seen.
◦ Also the items were made from our old decoration
items that we used during Diwali,Christmas cubicle
decorations.
