Entrepreneurs

Motivation
You need to be very motivated to succeed. If you are just trying to
start a business from the money and thinking that it will be less work
for yourself you probably won’t have your business start because in the
beginning it’s going to be a lot of money and time you need to spend to
start your business
Passion
If you are not passionate about the service or product your business is
trying to sell you will not have the passion or motivation to start your
business especially if it were to fail the first time
Confident
Confidence is very important because it shows that you have
confidence in your business and it if you have to pitch your business to
people willing to invest you need to be confident when talking to them
so they know that you are serious about your business
Optimism
When trying to start a business and it doesn’t work the first time, you
won’t give up and will keep trying to make your business successful
Strong work ethic
You need a strong work ethic, these people are the ones to come in to
work on their days off if there needed just to make sure that the
outcome is to their expectation. They will also always be thinking
about work even if their not at work.
Self starter
If they know something needs to be done an entrepreneur will do it by
themselves to ensure that it gets done and it’s done properly. They
won’t wait for someone to tell them to do it.
Competiveness
Every successful company will continue to grow and entrepreneurs
feel that they can do a much better job than others
Flexibility
Entrepreneurs need to know how to be flexible and adapt to current
market trends
Energy
You need energy to build your company. Sometimes its momentum
that gets a company going. If you let your energy be evident in the
work space other people might start to get that same kind of energy
Creativity
Creativity is important because with out it you’ll end up copying the
competition and fall into a rut. The most creative entrepreneurs figure
out how to solve problems and generate excitement about something
new.
Strong people skills
They need to have good communication skills to sell products and
motivate employees. Successful entrepreneur know how to motivate
their employees so the business can grow. They need to be able to
coach others to make them succeed and find the benefits in very
situation
Risk taker
Starting a business is a risk in its self and if you can’t deal with the
stress of that you’re going to give up in a few months. You need to see
risks as apart of the job description. You need to know when a
calculated risk comes and when a mindless one comes. To succeed you
need to know when to take the risks and when to avoid them
Knowledgeable
If you're not already completely versed in your current business, you'll
have the desire and skills to learn quickly. It's rare that a new
entrepreneur can succeed when theirs more knowledgeable
competition, so unless your business is unique, you're competing
against the best, and to succeed, you need to be on their level.
Committed
Entrepreneurs are not easily defeated, they view failure as an
opportunity for future success, and if they don’t succeed the first time,
they’ll stay committed to their business and will continue to try and
try again until it does succeed
Responsible
Successful entrepreneurs are comfortable taking responsibility, even
when things aren’t going well. It’s best to keep an attitude of curiosity
about how businesses rise and fall and to have a willingness to avoid
the blame game in order to get things done.
