ABSTRACT PROPOSED SYSTEM

In a recent scenario stamps known is to everyone and widely used in different field
of the organization in the world. The value of stamp very important as we know very
well at some time. It use for illegal work or personal work for the benefit of money
etc. There are various stamp is available in market for different purpose i.e.
Passport stamp, revenu stamp etc.so we want to study about all the stamp and to
combine one stamp which are special characteristics so that it can’t be used without
any authentication.

INTRODUCTION SYSTEM DESIGN

Stamping of stamped has many applications of sealing in post
offices, schools, colleges etc and many other places.
It has become a routine process now a days. This process needs manual work and
consumes more time, so as to reduce this we are going to design a AUTOMATIC
STAMPING MACHINE.
To overcome the lack of time and manual work we are going to design the
Automatic stamping machine with use of SINGLE PHASE AC MOTOR.
This may help to stamp seal in a quicker time and reduce waste of time.

OBJECTIVE

1) To reduce the power consumption during machining.

2) To maintain the accuracy in production.
3) To develop automation unit, so that m/c can easily be adopted in today’s
automated plants.
4) This type of m/c provides work practically at low cost, low maintenance, low
capital investment in less space.
5) To perform the most rigid operation with high speed.

WEAKNESS OF CURRENT SYSTEM CONCLUSION

•Run on fix speed We built and test out machine, it works perfectly. Thus the AUTOMATIC STAMPING
•Stamping pad need to change manually for different design MACHINE is designed and fabricated successfully.
•Cost is high Even it is a simple mechanism, the design is perfectly designed and manufactured for
reduce human works in various stamping applications.
